No purchase necessary. Must be UK resident, 18 or older, within 100 miles of a Little Pixies location. One Grand Prize: Photography session (£200 value) and £800 Gift Certificate (ARV). This prize draw (the “Promotion”) runs for the Promotion Period shown above. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid. No purchase necessary.
2) Eligibility (strict)
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over whose primary home address is within 100 miles (straight-line) of a Little Pixies session location shown or linked on the entry page.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and members of their immediate families/households of the Promoter, its affiliates and agents, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
One base entry per person per Promotion Period (plus valid bonus entries under clause 4).
The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and address (e.g., photo ID and recent proof of address). Entries that do not meet these criteria are invalid. If discovered after a draw, the prize is forfeited with no substitute or compensation and may be awarded to a reserve.
3) How to enter
Complete the entry form during the Promotion Period with your name, email and mobile number. Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries are void.
4) Bonus entries and other methods
The Promoter may offer bonus entries during the Promotion, including referrals, social-media actions, limited-time multipliers, in-store or event participation, or purchase-linked bonuses.
Where any bonus requires purchase or payment, an equally effective free entry route will be provided and promoted with equal prominence wherever the bonus appears. Free and paid-route entries are treated identically in the draw.
Any caps, time limits, or proof requirements (e.g., order number, public post URL/handle) will be stated where the bonus is offered and/or on the entry page.
The Promoter may apply a reasonable cap on total entries per person. Entries count only for the current Promotion Period and do not roll over.
Social platforms are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion. Requested actions must comply with platform rules. If functionality changes, an alternative method of equivalent entry value may be provided.
5) Prizes
Grand Prize (1): £1,000 total value comprising a £200 Little Pixies photo session and an £800 Little Pixies gift card.
Runner-up prizes: At the Promoter’s discretion, any number and type of runner-up awards or vouchers may be offered. Where used, details will be shown on the entry page and/or winner notifications.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or higher value. Sessions must be booked via the Promoter, are subject to availability, and must be completed within 12 months of award. Eligibility is a condition of award and redemption; if a winner is outside the 100-mile criterion, the prize is forfeited with no substitute or compensation and may be awarded to a reserve.
6) Winner selection and notification
Winners are selected at random from eligible entries after the Promotion Period using a computer process that produces verifiably random results or under the supervision of an independent person. Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS/phone within 7 days and must respond within 7 days to claim. If uncontactable or not claimed, a reserve may be awarded. Odds depend on eligible entries.
7) Verification
The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, address within the 100-mile radius, and reasonable proof of qualifying actions for any bonus entries. Failure to provide acceptable proof results in disqualification.
8) Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Promoter publishing their surname, county and prize for winner announcement purposes. Any wider use of images or recordings from sessions will be subject to a separate model/media release.
9) Conduct
Entries that are incomplete, ineligible or attempt to circumvent these Rules (e.g., bots, VPN farms, disposable/duplicate emails, self-referrals) may be disqualified. The Promoter’s decisions are final.
10) Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to network, hardware or software issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11) Right to suspend, cancel or modify
The Promoter may suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time before prize fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including for:
suspected or actual fraud, abuse, gaming or other unlawful/irregular activity;
technical, operational or security issues affecting entry, draw or notification processes;
legal/regulatory changes, directions from regulators, or ASA guidance requiring changes;
events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control (including venue or location unavailability, safety concerns, industrial action, or force majeure);
insufficient eligible entries or other material commercial reasons that would render the Promotion unworkable.
Where feasible, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to avoid unfair disadvantage to entrants (e.g., rescheduling the draw). No compensation is payable in connection with a permitted suspension, cancellation or modification beyond awarding any prizes duly won in accordance with these Rules.
12) Winners’ list
Within 30 days after the Promotion Period, the surname and county of the Grand Prize winner will be available for 60 days on request to [email protected] with subject “Winners’ list request”. You may object or request reduction at claim time; the Promoter may still need to provide information to regulators if requested.
13) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
